Shipping
1. Items will be shipped out within 3 business days after your successful payment and we’ll send you the tracking number for logistics information .
2. There may exist some irresistible or unpredictable factors such as bad weather or customs clearance, which may cause a delay on delivery. Please be patient and thanks a lot for your understanding.
3. If you do not receive the item within the promised delivery time, please just contact us and we will contact the logistic company to figure it out. Anyway, we can make sure the item will be delivered to your place.

4. Items will be sent to the shipping address you offer to us. Please make sure the shipping address you write is correct and deliverable. Any extra fee caused by incorrect or non-deliverable address would be the buyer’s responsibility.
5. For this purchase, any import duties or fees charged by your customs would be the buyer’s responsibility.

Return Policy
In the following cases, returns accepted and the buyer pays return shipping fee; or keep the item and reach an agreement with the seller on the refund amount.
1. Items the buyer received is not as described.
Note: due to the difference of display resolution and lightness, there may exist a tiny bit color difference in reality, which does not make any sense to the product itself; all the dimension information offered is manual measurement, it may cause an allowable error from 2-3 cm. Thank you so much for your understanding.
2. Items with any quality problem.
If insisting on returning the item, the buyer should make sure that the product is in the original condition which does not affect the resale of it. Any damaged returned item caused by the buyer is not accepted. If any damages or loss occurs during the returning shipment, the buyer will be responsible for it and won’t get a full refund. The buyer must notice that any costs caused by a return such as customs duties or any other fees is the buyer’s responsibility. Before sending the item back, please confirm with us the return address and delivery method, and send us the tracking number for logistics information so that we could speed up the process of exchange or refund.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
